All applicants must also submit the following before the application can be processed:
  1. Copy of a government-issued photo ID
  2. Proof of Income - Acceptable forms of income include: recent paycheck stubs from current employer, W-2 or 1099-MISC Forms, bank statements, etc.
  3. A completed Landlord Verification Form
  4. Any applicable processing fees, as outlined below
