All applicants must also submit the following before the application can be processed:
  1. Copy of a government-issued photo ID
  2. Two recent paystubs from your current employer (if applicable) along with a completed Income Verification Form
  3. A completed Landlord Verification Form
  4. Any applicable processing fees, as outlined below
